Simon Ringrose
Managing Director, Global Sales (Boston)

Simon develops new business opportunities globally and grows relationships with current customers and partner organizations. He also manages EPFR’s global sales team and plays a key role in EPFR’s business strategy. Prior to EPFR Global Simon worked for Reuters Plc and Bridge Information responsible for selling information products to clients in the US, UK, and Middle East and Africa region. Before joining Reuters Simon worked for the United Nations in Beijing, China. Simon graduated from Tufts University and has a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics. He also has a Diploma from Beijing Normal University.

Jean-Claude Moos
North America Sales (Los Angeles)

Jean-Claude was previously an Account Director at Thomson Reuters covering Buy-Side Accounts in New York. Prior to that he was a Sales Executive at Thomson Carswell in Toronto, Canada. He has a BA in International Trade from the French-German School of Commerce ad Industry, Paris, France. During his leisure time, Jean-Claude enjoys tennis, hiking and international travel.

Rikolv Hatlehol-Desai
EMEA Sales (London)

Rikolv has thirteen years experience in the Financial Services sector. He worked on the DCM desk at BNP Paribas as well as an Accout Manager for FactSet. Most recently, he was Head of European Business Development at YouDevise. In his spare time Rikolv enjoys outdoor activities,especially cycling and mountain hikes. He holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, along with an MBA in International Economics and Management-Banking and Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Senaria Karim
EMEA Account Manager (London)

Prior to joining EPFR, Senaria was an economics student at the Department of Work Pensions in London. There she worked on projects with the State Pensions team. Senaria graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Business and Financial Economics.

Elizabeth Badolato
Asia Pacific Sales (Hong Kong)

Elizabeth is a seasoned financial services professional with a focus on the Asian markets and has established and grown the footprint for multiple foreign companies in the region. Career highlights include advising Hong Kong and Singapore’s alternative investment community in due diligence, fundamental research and compliance best practices. She also serviced the M&A space across South East Asia. In doing so, she consulted the corporate finance, private equity and venture capital arena. Elizabeth has lived in Hong Kong since 2008 and is part of the American Women’s Association of Hong Kong.

Susan Chow
Asia Pacific Sales (China/Taiwan)

Susan has seven years experience in the Financial Services Sector. She worked in regional Sales at PrimeRevenue Inc as a working capital solutions manager in Hong Kong office. Most recently, she was with MCL Financial group as a relationship manager for HNW clients in Hong Kong. In her spare time Susan enjoys playing golf, cycling and easy mountain hikes. She holds an MSc degree in Economics and Finance Management from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Bristol University Alumni Association of Hong Kong.

Young-Il Sunwoo
Asia Pacific Sales (Seoul)

Mr. Sunwoo has served in EPFR for 13 years. He graduated from Seoul National University and majored in Law. He joined Korea Trade & Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and served for 26 years including as Head of the Korea Trade Center in Chicago for 4 years and the Head of Korea's Trade Center in Moscow for three and a half years. He was appointed President of the Korea-Russia Trade Center(KRTC).

Samuel (Hwiewon)Son
Asia Pacific Sales (Korea/SE Asia)

Samuel (Hwiewon) primarily focuses on sales and account management in Korea and Southeast Asia region. Prior to EPFR, he served as an interpreting officer at the Ministry of National Defense of Korea. Most recently, he worked as a strategist at Samsung Securities Research Center in Seoul, putting his main focus of analysis on global fund flows/allocations and corporate earnings. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Mathematics from Emory University.
